Virus & malware removal
Pop-ups, strange behavior or a scary warning. I clean it up and help keep it from coming back.
Price $100 / hour
Book a timeSigns something's wrong
- Pop-ups and ads that won't go away
- Your browser's start page or search changed by itself
- Warnings saying your computer is infected and telling you to call a number
- Programs or toolbars you didn't install
- A computer that suddenly got slow or acts strangely
Got a warning telling you to call a number?
Don't call it, and don't let anyone you don't know connect to your computer. Those warnings are scams. Call me instead.
What I do
- Remove viruses, malware and unwanted programs
- Clean up your web browsers
- Update your computer and turn on the right security settings
- Show you what to watch out for, so it doesn't come back
Often fixed remotely
Most virus cleanups can be done in a remote session, without a visit.
How it works
- Pick a time that suits you, or give me a call.
- I call or text to confirm, usually the same day.
- I come to you, you drop it off, or I connect remotely.
